Trying to send an email for research while very sleepy:
Dear Dr. O-----,
I've entered in some data, and I have had a few questions. I've modified the excel sheet you gave me with all her nephews looking at it.
Nephews? Huh?? Thank goodness I read over this email before sending it. I think I was subconsciously thinking about my roommate's nephews because she was talking about them during the day.
Hahaha.. so funny.. you should definitely get that google feature that allows you to undo 1-2 seconds after hitting send, which allows you extra time to read over your email.
ReplyDeleteI once was typing an email for work when someone else came over and started talking to me. I thought I could keep typing while listening, but then we both looked at the screen and noticed I had replaced one of the nouns in my email with one of the words my friend said. So it turns out.. I am good at prioritizing, but not this type of multitasking.
